Getting started
Sign-in, invitations, and first steps in OVAITY.
Status: Available
Sign in
- Open
/signinand sign in with email and password. - New accounts join by invitation. Public self-serve signup is closed.
/signupexplains that access is invitation-only. - Use
/forgot-passwordand the emailed reset link (/reset-password/[token]) if you need to reset a password.
There is no separate self-serve “join organization by code” page. Membership is granted through invitations or an administrator adding you.
Accept an invitation
- Open the invitation link:
/invite/[token]. - The page validates the token and shows organization, role, and any lab or project grants included in the invite.
- Create a password or sign in if you already have an account.
- Accept the invitation to complete membership.
Pending invitations may also appear in header notifications.
Access a lab or project
- Labs: open Labs in the main menu (
/labs), then select a lab you belong to. - Projects: open Hub (
/hub) to see projects you can access. - Organization membership alone does not grant access to every lab or project. You need an explicit lab membership and/or project membership (or lab open-project inheritance where configured). See Collaboration and permissions.
Create or join a project
- Join via invitation that includes project access, or ask a project/lab admin to add you.
- Create projects from Hub when your role allows creation (typically as an authenticated user creating a personal or lab-linked project, subject to product rules in your environment).
Understand the main navigation
Use Hub for day-to-day project work. Use Labs and Organizations for group membership and administration. Open a project to reach Files, Analysis Studio, Tasks, Labbook, Memory, Reports, and Logs.
First-time setup
Typical first session:
- Sign in or accept invite.
- Confirm you can see the expected organization/lab in the menus.
- Open a project in Hub.
- Review Collaborators to confirm your role.
- Upload or link data under Files / datasets as guided by your team.
No separate mandatory setup wizard is required beyond authentication and invitation acceptance.
