Analysis Studio

Running analyses from the project Analysis Studio.

Status: Available (project-scoped)

Open Studio

  1. Open a project in Hub.
  2. Select the Analysis tab → /hub/[projectId]/studio.

A separate global imaging route (/analysis-studio/imaging/avivator) currently returns not found and should be treated as not available.

Starting an analysis

  1. Select a dataset / inputs required by the tool (use Studio dataset and feature selectors where shown).
  2. Choose a tool from the Studio catalog sidebar.
  3. Configure parameters in the properties panel.
  4. Run the analysis. Jobs are processed by Python or R workers depending on the tool runtime.
  5. Review outputs, logs, and artifacts when the run completes.

Available tool categories

Analysis Studio is available. Do not treat every catalog entry as a finished analysis. Most analysis tools can be run. A few validation tools are marked soon and cannot be started. Binder design, screening, and redesign are Preview, not finished runs.

Protein structure and binding is available unless that deployment turns it off. Experimental validation through Adaptyv Foundry runs only when that deployment is set up for it.

Drawing tools inside Studio (select, lasso, text, notes, shapes) are part of Analysis Studio. They are not canvas boards. Canvas boards are not available.

Categories include:

Treat a tool as available only when Studio lets you run it. Preview badges are not finished runs.

Saving results and reuse

  • Successful runs persist analysis run records, parameters, logs, and artifacts.
  • Artifacts can feed insights, labbook entries, and Ovaitions.
  • Derived datasets may be reusable as inputs for subsequent tools when the product links them as datasets.

Audit trail and provenance

Analysis runs retain parameters and logs. Provenance links connect runs to artifacts and interpretations where captured. Worker and admin provenance tooling exists for platform operators; researchers primarily see run history and linked outputs in the project.

Limitations

  • Raw sequencing/proteomics pipeline execution (FASTQ/BAM/VCF/mzML pipelines) is out of pilot scope.
  • Imaging Analysis Studio is not available via the avivator route today.
  • Tool success depends on input readiness, worker health, and permissions.
